Kasnet Terms of Service

Who provides the service

Kasnet is operated by Aaron Kasten, an individual based in Texas, United States. Contact: [email protected]. These terms govern your use of Kasnet onboarding, hosted agents and Kasnet Chat. Accept them only if you are an adult and authorized to act for any business you represent.

Your agent and the pilot

Kasnet provides a personalized AI assistant with available tools, memory and a hosted chat interface. Features and availability may change during the pilot. The current pilot is free and requires no payment card. Creating an account does not authorize a charge or automatically start a paid subscription. Any paid offer, renewal and cancellation conditions will be presented for your agreement before billing begins. The planned founding offer is $60 per month per agent; founding customers retain their agreed founding rate. Optional work or paid external services require a separate agreement.

Your account and instructions

Keep your login secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Only provide information you are entitled to use, including information about customers or colleagues. Do not submit account passwords or API keys in chat; use supported secure connection steps. You are responsible for reviewing business communications and other consequential work before use. Connecting a tool does not itself grant unlimited authority: external actions require the relevant access and your authorization.

AI output and acceptable use

AI can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Verify important facts, calculations and deliverables. The agent is not a substitute for licensed professional advice or emergency assistance. Do not use Kasnet for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, harassment, malicious software, or attempts to access another customer's information or bypass access controls. Do not upload voice samples or request impersonation without the necessary rights and permission.

Your content

You retain your rights in material you supply. You authorize Kasnet and the providers needed to operate the service to process that material for your requested tasks, hosting, security and support, as described in the Privacy Notice. We do not claim ownership of your business content. AI-generated results may not be unique or eligible for exclusive intellectual-property rights; review third-party rights before publishing or relying on them.

Support, access and ending service

We may access relevant account or conversation information to provide requested support, investigate faults or abuse, and operate the service. This is not a promise that an operator monitors or reviews every agent action. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others. You can request account closure, available data export, or deletion by contacting [email protected]. Closing an account and removing retained backups are different operations; the Privacy Notice explains current limitations. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular business outcome. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We will identify the terms version you accept. Material changes will be communicated and renewed acceptance requested where appropriate; changes to payment are not authorized by silence. Questions and requests: [email protected].
