Operator and scope

Aaron Kasten, an individual based in Texas, United States, operates Kasnet. Contact [email protected] about privacy, access, corrections, export or deletion. This notice covers onboarding, hosted agents and Kasnet Chat.

Information we process

We process the email and account details you provide, onboarding answers, business information, language and appearance preferences, uploaded files and images, chat messages, saved agent memories, and voice-related data when you use voice features. We also process technical records needed for security, operation and support, such as request logs, timestamps, usage counters, activation status and consent records. Public websites you ask the agent to review may supply business information; you can correct it.

Why and where it is processed

We use this information to create and operate your agent, remember relevant preferences, perform requested work, verify your account, provide support and security, and understand service usage. Hosted AI providers process the content required for model replies and tools; voice providers process the material needed for speech features. Current service dependencies include OpenAI, MiniMax, Migadu for email, Cloudflare for network delivery, Vercel for the homepage, and Kasnet-operated hosting for chat, agents and storage. Not every provider receives all information. Content may be processed outside your country. This notice does not promise that information remains on your device or only on Kasnet hardware. The pilot currently uses subscription-based OpenAI access as well as external tool services. Provider retention, human review and use for model improvement depend on the product, account settings and provider terms; Kasnet has not verified a no-training or zero-retention setting across these services. Do not submit sensitive or regulated information that requires those guarantees. Ask [email protected] about the processing for your intended task before sharing such information.

Sharing and operator access

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to service providers as needed for the service, when you authorize an external action, or when legally required or necessary to address security or abuse. Your account is intended to restrict access to your own agents and files, not to make them public. Authorized operators may access relevant data for support, troubleshooting and operation. Activation alerts to the operator contain limited signup metadata, not conversation transcripts. We do not claim that your conversations are inaccessible to Kasnet operators.

Email and choices

Account verification, security, requested support and necessary service messages are separate from optional marketing. If you opt in, we may send tips, product news and offers. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time; it does not prevent essential account messages. Marketing sends are currently disabled. To withdraw an opt-in now, email [email protected]; future marketing messages will include an unsubscribe option. We record your consent choice, date and document version. Existing account ownership or email verification alone is not recorded as marketing consent.

Retention, corrections and deletion

Account content, agent memories and operational records can persist until you request deletion or we remove them under our retention practices. The pilot does not yet have a published fixed automatic deletion schedule. Account closure does not imply immediate removal from backups, security records or provider systems. Contact us to request correction, available export or deletion; we will explain what can be removed, what must be retained and any provider limitations. We do not promise immediate erasure or a fixed backup purge period that has not been implemented. Correcting a memory does not necessarily delete the original conversation containing it.

Browser storage and security

We use session cookies and browser storage for login, onboarding and language/theme preferences. Protect your password and avoid placing secrets in chat. Access controls and protected credentials reduce risk, but no system can guarantee absolute security. This business service is intended for adults. Please do not knowingly submit children's personal data during this pilot.
